Lluerna was created in 2001 by Mar Gómez and Víctor Quintillà for the sake of good food. It is the result of pairing food and wine, sea and land, local cuisine and creative gastronomy.
Our approach is not brash. It is intimate and transparent and aspires to achieve the simplicity observed in nature. Without any fanfare, with the slow hum of a whisper so close it moves us, Lluerna’s cooking seeks to reveal what has always been right in front of our eyes, but which we were unable to perceive.
Our tools on this journey are cooking, love and creativity and, of course, your company, because there is no journey without good friends.
