Since the opening Mar has been responsible for the restaurant room.
She studied to be a sommelier at « Escola de Restauració i Hostelatge de Barcelona ».
Today she is the maître and sommelier of the restaurant. She creates and choses new wines for the wine list, which has already received a special prize at CARTAVI contest.
In 2006 Mar appeared in a BCN Vanguardia’s article, The other big ones, The restaurant maîtres, as a tribute for her work.
